To cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team via the contact button in the right of the website as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can assist you in making the necessary adjustments. However, if the item has already left us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will apply if the return is due to a change of mind.
Please note that personal items, such as rings and earrings, are exempt from returns for hygiene reasons.
