Cancellation Policy
At Crystals & Wellness By Astraea, we understand the importance of flexibility in your plans. Rest assured that your investment in our workshops is protected.
In the event that any workshop whether held at Astraea or External Location, is modified or cancelled for any reason, you will have the option to transfer or receive a full refund. This policy is designed to prioritize the well-being and convenience of all participants.
Please take a moment to review and familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:
Workshop Cancellations Or Late Arrivals
For all workshops, please keep the following in mind:
- If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund up to 30 days before the course start date
- Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the course start date will receive a refund of 50% of the fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the course start date are non-refundable.
- All Participants MUST be on site by 10 Minutes prior to the event starting, the doors will be locked at the start time and no access will be available to ensure the workshop can start on time. NO refunds or transfers will be given for late arrivals.
Workshop Transfers
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to transfer your booking to a different workshop date / time
- You have the option to transfer your booking, once only, to a similar course on another date up to 3 days before the course start date.
